This Luna is a Witch

Ruth, the eldest daughter of Enoch, the Crescent Pack Alpha, is the only wolf in the pack who can't transform. Born during a rare red moon that drove the pack mad, she was blamed for the chaos and her father's death. Isolated in a basement, Ruth only emerges on major holidays. Sensing that Arthur, the new Alpha King, is her destined partner, she sneaks out, hoping he'll see and save her.
