Terminally ill Nora accidentally transmigrates into a horror game — becoming the manor owner's wife, the cannon fodder everyone expects to die first. Bloodstains everywhere. Whispers say her "son" eats human hearts, and her "husband" is the game's relentless final boss. But Nora doesn't run. She doesn't fear. With gentleness and patience, she slowly breaks through their walls. She discovers the terrifying boss is cursed, and the child is merely misunderstood. Crisis after crisis, Nora uses love and wisdom to dissolve the curse and shatter the game's rules. She survives. She wins both their hearts. In the end, she conquers her illness too — and finds a real home in this virtual world, with the monster who became her true family.
