A rebellious young heir becomes his father's last experiment when billionaire Conrad Calloway hires an elite psychotherapist to make his son obedient in time for a marriage he never agreed to. Trapped in a golden cage where every talent he owns was chosen for him, Kit vows to escape and become the actor he's forbidden to be. But one hour a week with Dr. Adrian Holt turns into a war of seduction, control and confession, and the line between doctor and jailer — between therapy and desire — begins to blur. As the wedding closes in and a secret threatens to destroy them both, Adrian must decide whether saving Kit is worth burning down everything he spent a lifetime building. In a world ruled by money, obedience and appearances, freedom may cost them everything.
