Alexandria Watts's Dramas

Alexandria Watts does not just star in vertical dramas, she writes them, five so far and counting, which puts her among the rare few in this format who build the stories instead of only performing them. She trained at Carnegie Mellon and SUNY Purchase and did her time on stage, in The Prom and Merrily We Roll Along, before falling into vertical drama in 2023 and basically never stopping. She has racked up dozens of titles since, from Alpha King's Mistake to My Professor is My Alpha Mate, though her own favorite is Frozen Hearts and Fiery Love, which she both wrote and starred in. The work is not glamorous: she has been up at six to skate at an empty rink, and once got shoved through a door by Noah Fearnley, who was supposed to catch her and did not. She swears each of these is shot in five to ten days, which, having seen the pace, tracks. She would like Nicole Kidman to play her in the eventual biopic, which is either ambitious or exactly right.
